"Terror Profiling" and other American rights

Jefferson: "A Bill of Rights is what the people are entitled to against every government and what no just government should refuse." Margaret Chon and Donna E. Arzt write: ". . .the government loudly proclaims its respect of religious difference, [but] it engages in selective terror-profiling of groups based on religious difference."
